GSMEDGE

Note   Starting with Windows 10, version 1703, this setting can no longer be used in provisioning packages. This setting may have a Configuration Service Provider (CSP) equivalent that can be used instead. To determine if a CSP for this setting exists, see the description below.

 

Connection character code for a GSM EDGE connection.

Values

To change the default one-character code used to signify a GSM EDGE (Enhanced Data rates for Global Evolution) connection type in the status bar, modify the value of GSMEDGE to a different one-, two-, or three-character code. The default code is E.
