Note Starting with Windows 10, version 1703, this setting can no longer be used in provisioning packages. Set the tile background color to use when the sixteenth prepinned tile is a web link.
To specify the background color to use for a prepinned Web link, set the value of StartPrepinnedWebLinkTileBackgroundColor to a string denoting the color. For more information about the list of colors that you can use, see Colors class.
For example, you can set the value to "Purple" to show the system-defined color purple (ARGB #FF800080).
