BSOD kmode exception... and high processor frequency

Hello.

The problem is it. On Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro everything is fine. On Windows 10/11, the processor frequency goes into millions, the load is always at 100 percent, and there's a BSOD with a kmod exception... about every 15-30 minutes. How to fix it? Processor: Intel Core i7 2760QM. Motherboard: Compal PBL00. BIOS: INSYDE H2O ver 1.70 from March 25, 2010, Rev. 3.5. There are also no issues with Windows 10/11 on the Celeron B815 (SR0HZ).
I would like to upgrade to Windows 10 or 11 (especially since I have a licensed key and Windows 8.1 is no longer supported, plus applications are gradually stopping updates), but I can't do this due to random BSODs that appear from the very first startup and setup after the OS installation. Switching the power consumption scheme to power saving partially resolves the issue - the BSOD appears less often, but it still occurs and the processor frequency is also problematic. I tried checking the components - everything is fine, I tried manually installing the driver for the processor - a message appears saying that a newer version of the driver is already installed, and rolling back to the previous version does not solve the problem either.

1. Ни одна мат. плата 2010 года не сертифицирована изготовителем для работы в 10-ке и не имеет драйверов под эту ОС. И тем более - полностью несовместима на аппаратном уровне с 11-кой.
2. Помощь здесь предоставляется только по лицензионным продуктам. Уточните, где и как вы приобрели "лицензию" на Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro? А также - на 10-ку и 11-ку, которые вы устанавливаете?

P.S. Насчет "ключа", который, как вы пишете, у вас имеется:

За исключением карточек с ключом продукта (PKC), которые распространяются с сертификатами подлинности, корпорация Майкрософт не распространяет ключи в качестве отдельных продуктов. Если в описании лота интернет-аукциона, в объявлении на тематическом форуме или на рекламной веб-странице указывается, что ключи продаются отдельно, это скорее всего означает, что ключи краденые или нелицензионные. Если вы приобретете краденый или нелицензионный ключ для активации Windows, установленной на вашем компьютере, может оказаться, что активация невозможна, так как ключ используется на другом ПК. If your PC has blue screened in the operating system you now have installed, the dump file data may provide information that would indicate the underlying cause of the blue screen crashes, if you have reverted your system to 8.1, the minidump files may not be available in that installation.

It's complicated. I've reverted to 8.1 for now so that I can work somehow. What is this catalog and what information can it provide? It's not available in 8.1. If it's something additional about the hardware, I might be able to provide that anyway.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
