Windows Defender on Windows 10 deleted the file I needed and cleared the history in the "Protection Log"

I didn't notice exactly when Windows Defender deleted my file. Now that I need it, I need to get it back somehow. I wanted to restore the file via the Protection Log, but the history there is completely empty. I need to return the file, I can't get it anywhere else. Please help me with this somehow!

    Check if Defender put the file in the quarantine folder at: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Quarantine

    If not, what type of file was that, if Defender immediately deleted the file, it must have contained malware, what was the name and location of that file?
