Right-click Start, and click Run.

Type "cmd.exe" and click OK.

In the Command Prompt window, copy each command and paste it into the Command Prompt window.

After running the three commands, select the Command Prompt window, and press Alt + PrintScreen to screenshot the window.

Paste (Ctrl + V) the screenshot into your reply window.
