BSoD ntkrnlmp.exe Win10. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Question

Продолжительное время вылетают синие экраны смерти с разными ошибками, может случиться неожиданно перезагрузка и после этого с вероятностью в 90% после неё вылетит синий экран смерти

устройство: Acer Aspire 7 , стоит ryzen 5500u , добавлял вторую плашку ОЗУ и ставил новый ссд**.**

Проводил недавно memtest никаких ошибок или сбоев не было , перепробовал все способы связанные с этой ошибкой, проверку на вирусы и сканирование полностью системы проводил , ничего не нашло, пробовал переустаналвивать Win, BSoD так и остался , пытался менять жёсткие диски и устаналивать на них Windows , BsoD так же часто вылетает, сегодня подряд вылетело 2 BSoD просто при входе в систему на холодный ноутбук.

Вылетют BSoD регулярно, за день минимум 2, независимо от задачи которую выполняет устройство или нагрето оно или нет

С какой вероятностью ошибка может быть апппаратной?
