Худшие опасения подтвердились... Основная проблема из-за того, что на Вашем ПК установлены пиратские ОС и Office, "лекарство" которых заменило системные компоненты на видоизмененные. На это указывает "маркер" ntkrnlmp.exe в дампах. Вам следует купить лицензию на автономную (коробочную или ESD) версию Windows редакции Домашняя или Про и выполнить её чистую установку, с обязательным удалением всех разделов на системном жестком диске и активацией подлинным ключом из комплекта покупки. Это единственный легальный вариант. После установки лицензионной ОС проверьте наличие остальных проблем (возможно, что их уже не будет).

Если нужен Офис, то и на него следует купить лицензию (редакция "Для дома и учебы" обойдется дешевле всего).

Не очень хорошо... Дампы указывают на аппаратные проблемы с процессором и памятью, возможные проблемы лицензионного плана и повреждение ядра ОС.

1. Окна Панель управления-Программы и компоненты со списком всех установленных программ.
2. Окна команды slmgr.vbs /dlv

И напишите подробную конфигурацию ПК.

Здравствуйте.

Дампы загрузил. Как будут резульаты - напишу. Но только картина может быть необъективной, так как дампы в том числе есть и прошлогодние...
