Я подключил второй монитор к материнке, основной к видеокарте. Бывает временами просто все зависает на пару секунд отключается второй монитор потом через секунду включается и выдает ошибку от AMD то что произошел сбой какой-то. А бывает то что вообще компьютер перезагружается тупо без BSOD

Давайте на один сеанс отключим быстрый запуск компьютера. Это очистит оперативную память компьютера от возможного мусора. Нажмите Пуск, Выключение и удерживая клавишу Shift, Завершение работы. Проверьте проблему после включения компьютера.
