Someone hacked my account, changed my linked email and now I can’t log in

As I wrote in the question, someone hacked my microsoft account, which used to be at @gmail.com (Now I’m at my second email). I can't log into my account because it says "This account does not exist." I have all the data, I have a card with which they bought Minecraft java edition for this account. I have a lot of school documents there and also my phone number, and if you have such an opportunity, I can confirm my past mail from this account. My phone number is +, my previous mail is from the account k****@gmail.com Currently showing email of*****@lamesamail.com

So all my data and my paid subscriptions just go to someone else because Microsoft couldn't do a decent account protection? I can't even send an email about an account being hacked because it tells me that the account does NOT exist.
