Не могу установить office.

Здравсвтуйте. У меня возникла проблема. У меня есть семейный доступ к Office, однако при попытке установить что default version, что 64 битную выдает ошибку:

We're sorry, we can't continue because we weren't able to

download a required file. Please make sure you're connected to

the internet or connect to a different network, then try again.

Go online for additional help.

I understand that you are having issues with the Office installation. You could try the following suggestions below and share the outcome.

a. Use the uninstall troubleshooter to remove all the traces of Office apps.

b. Once removed,

Open a private browser and download the office apps again from your Microsoft account.
