OneDrive Personal Vault Sync

I am having the following problems with OneDrive on Windows 11. I have a family subscription. The problem is as follows: I created some folders in my personal vault and placed files there. After the files were uploaded, I decided to free up space so they would only be in the cloud. After that, I've had the sync icon on my personal vault for the second day now and it says that the sync is pending. At the same time for folders inside the vault it says that "Excluded (not synchronized)". After the vault is blocked, a red cross appears on the OneDrive icon and it says that the vault is not synchronized. After I unlock it, it immediately says that the data has been updated, I close it, and there's the error again. And so on in a circle.

    Hi,

Thank you for performing the steps, and the additional information. You're definitely on the right path of troubleshooting.

Can you please click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar and looking for any files with a red X or a yellow warning sign? There's a possibility that there's a name conflict, or a file that needs renaming due to a special character that prevents the sync from completing the process.

Or it's happening on all files being synced to OneDrive?

    Kind Regards, Myk

    Hello, Myk!

Unfortunately, it didn't help. I also tryed to reinstall OneDrive.

I really surprised that only in Personal Vault, folders are not synchronizing. Anywhere else, everything works correctly
