Question

Hello,

I purchased Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021, expecting the license to work on Windows.

However, after activation I found out that the key only works for Mac, which was not clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and provide a universal license key (valid for both Windows and Mac)?

Thank you for your assistance!

Windows.

Mac.

Where did you purchase it from? Microsoft doesn't use universal keys for some versions and you need to buy the version for your OS.

The licenses are for one computer only, not 2 as with older versions. If you installed it on a mac, you'll need a new license for windows, even if you have a universal license.
