My Microsoft account was hijacked and primary email changed — Minecraft license at risk (Order #2422657812)

Question

Hello Microsoft team,

My Microsoft account was originally created with the email ******@gmail.com.

Recently the account was hijacked and the attacker changed the primary alias/email to ******@vargosmail.com. I can no longer access the account.

This account contains my purchased copy of Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC.

Paid with MasterCard ending in 3066

Amount: EGP 212.00

Date of purchase: [DATE] ← replace with the exact date from my receipt

I have already tried ACSR (account.live.com/acsr) to recover the account, but the automated form was rejected. I have the official Microsoft Store receipt and payment details and can provide any additional evidence required.

Please escalate this case immediately to the Account Recovery / Security Team (ART). I am the legitimate owner of the account and the purchase. I request one of the following actions:

1. Restore my access to the original account (revert the primary alias to ******@gmail.com), OR
2. Transfer the Minecraft license from ******@vargosmail.com to my Microsoft account ******@gmail.com.
