Windows is not installing Windows Sandbox

I have a problem installing the sandbox in the Windows tools "Windows Isolated Programming Environment". I additionally installed Hyper-V, but it didn't work. When I reboot, it cancels the installation at the 2nd stage. Windows 11 Pro Release

I have had virtualization enabled since Windows 10, but for some reason this sandbox cannot be installed in Windows 11. I tested the commands you gave me and 1 command:

It freezes at 62.3% and after a certain long period of time gives an error.
