Copilot in Excel consumed all my AI credits due to technical errors and corrupted data. Requesting a refund.

Hello. I am writing to request a refund for my AI credits / subscription. I spent a huge amount of my paid AI credits using Microsoft Copilot in Excel. The AI kept freezing, loops of empty reasoning, and eventually corrupted my medical spreadsheet data without delivering any results. Finally, it consumed all my monthly credits on these technical errors and blocked further requests. This is a completely failed service. Please refund my credits or money.
