I understand why this is confusing, Sergey Tulba.

Based on your description, the only thing can be sure right now is that the block is affecting the Family Safety invitation process. We can't determine whether your account's status is accidentally registered as child account or normal sign-in is broken. But you're not the only one ever faced this issue, e.g.
- Unable to accept invitation for Microsoft Family Safety I recevece an error code "Unusual activity …
- "Unusual Activity Detected" When I try to add my account to a family via invite - Microsoft Q&A
The recommended path in situation like this is often to try a newly generated invitation. But since you already tried that multiple times, escalation might be needed. Before that, here's a few quick checks worth trying:
- Accept the invitation in an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.
- Change to a different network (another Wi-Fi or mobile data, if possible).
- If you're using VPN, turn it off. If it's already off or not using, test with VPN once.
If a new invitation still fails, this is time you should reach out to Microsoft Support. They're the only one who can review the Trace ID and check for any issues from the backend-side.
- Sign in with your account at Contact Us - Microsoft Support
- Enter / choose an issue > click Get Help to make a request
- Scroll down > Contact Support (if the option is available):
- Or click Ask our Support Assistant instead and follow guidance
- If the issue persists, specifically state in the chat box that you need direct help.
- The Contact Support button should appear now > click it > select the chat in browser option.
Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.
I wish I could help further, but account-security issues can involve internal and private account information. Microsoft Q&A is just a user-to-user support forum, and contributors here do not have access to such data to resolve the matter.
