Jobs Ads allow you to personalize ads to top talent, encouraging relevant candidates to apply with your company. You can promote one or more job opportunities to qualified LinkedIn members and drive traffic to active job openings based on members’ skills and experience. Learn more about jobs ads.

Create a Dynamic Job Ad

1. Upload an image asset that acts as Company logo in the Job ad creative. For more information, see Images API. This step can be skipped if you want to reuse Company logo from the Company Page.
2. Create a Dynamic Ads Campaign. For more information, see Dynamic Ad Campaigns.
