When overridden in a derived class, this base class calls this method when InitialLoad() or Refresh() has been called. The base class delays the call if refresh is deferred or initial load is disabled.

Notes to Implementers: You can choose to execute the query on the same thread or on a background thread or using IsAsynchronous. When the query is complete, call OnQueryFinished to have the public properties updated.
