Converts the specified value object to the PropertyPath type.

typeDescriptorContext: ITypeDescriptorContext

An ITypeDescriptorContext that provides a format context.

cultureInfo: CultureInfo

The CultureInfo to use as the current culture.

value: Object

The PropertyPath to convert.

destinationType: Type

The destination type. This is expected to be the String type.

The converted destination String.

The value was not null, but was not of the expected PropertyPath type.
