WeakEventManager.ListenerList.IsEmpty Property

Gets a value that declares whether this WeakEventManager.ListenerList is empty.

This method is equivalent to checking whether the Count is zero, and does not check whether any of the references in the list are now stale. If you want to assure that all references are still valid, call Purge just prior to checking the empty status of the list.
