Effective July 1, 2021, Microsoft Dynamics 365 financial services accelerator is deprecated, and isn't available for download.
Remove the accelerator

Integration of Intelligent appointments with Virtual Appointments
Effective July 31, 2023, integration of Intelligent appointments with Virtual Appointments is deprecated, and isn't available for deployment. Existing users can continue to use the feature as usual if they've already deployed and configured it.
Customer intelligence
Effective September 1, 2023, Customer intelligence is deprecated and retired, and isn't available for deployment.
Loan tracker and sample loan onboarding portal
Effective September 1, 2023, loan tracker and sample loan onboarding portal are deprecated, and aren't available for deployment. Existing users can continue to use the features as usual if they've already deployed and configured the features.
Collaboration Manager for Loans
Effective September 1, 2023, Collaboration Manager for Loans is deprecated, and isn't available for deployment.
Intelligent appointments
Effective May 22, 2024, Intelligent appointments is deprecated, and isn't available for deployment. Existing users can continue to use the feature as usual if they've already deployed and configured it.
