Measures the child elements of a Border before they are arranged during the ArrangeOverride(Size) pass.

Size

An upper Size limit that cannot be exceeded.

Returns

The Size that represents the upper size limit of the element.

Remarks

A Border element determines its upper Size limit by analyzing the sizing properties, margin, and requested size of its child elements.
