Gets or sets the month number for the start of the fiscal year for the project. Read/write PjMonth.

expression A variable that represents a Project object.
Remarks
The StartYearIn property can be one of the PjMonth constants. The Project Options dialog box displays the value in the Fiscal year starts in drop-down list on the Schedule tab.
