Hello, if I have multiple account on my PC, I use windows and I update a game on Steam or Epic, will it be updated for all the account or just that account?

I have 3 acc on my and my brothers PC. My brother is updating Fortnite on Epic and I am wondering if it will update on me and my other brothers account? And if it would also update on other account if we use steam or anything like that
