VBS script error

Hi!
I'm trying to install Epic Games launcher and NVM Windows but I encounter this error: the installer has encountered an unexpected error 2738.
After Googling it seems VBS script not working in Windows. I tried to register it in Windows but it still give new errors. I really need your help. I contacted already Epic support and they told that the problem is located in Windows not in their setup.

I tried many methods and no luck solving it.
Methods i tried:
1 - Disabled Antivirus.
2 - Downloaded vbscript.dll och placed it in Windows/System32.
3 - Fully reset Windows 11.
4 - Used SFC and DISM tools in Windows.
5 - Updated Windows to latest.
6 - Updated all drivers.
7 - Installed all .NET frameworks 1, 2, 3, 4.
8 - Scanned the pc and no virus found.

9 - Run the setups as administrator.
Information:
PC: Windows 11 Version 23H2 25977.1000
The installer: EpicInstaller-15.7.0 and NVM Windows.

    I have already uninstalled NVM and tried Clean boot and safe mode and sadly dosent solve the problem. :(

    Did you try to uninstall NVM?
