BSOD when running Vulkan

When i try to run a game with Vulkan the CPU goes to 100 degrees 100% usage and gives me a blue screen. While with the other game engine the only thing that happens is that the cpu goes to 100 degrees and 100% usage but it just crashes from time to time. I just bought new pair of RAM and a new AIO ( deepcool 360mm)
Is the NVME/SSD or what seems to be the issue ? dump

2023-06-01T01:27:38+00:00 It doesn’t let me change the ram voltage but with XMP 1 enabled the mobo changes the voltages to 1.35

This BSOD code indicates that the exception handler for the kernel interrupt object interrupt management was not able to handle the generated exception.
In simple terms, Windows could not determine what exactly happened.
As I can see, ASUS recommend 1.25 V for your RAM, but current setting is 1.1 V. Please increase RAM voltage.
Try to disable XMP.
