Method 1. Uninstall incompatible driver:
Press Windows key + X and then click Windows Powershell (Admin) or Windows Terminal (Admin)
Copy and paste the command below:
pnputil /delete-driver oem39.inf /uninstall /force
Then press Enter and restart your computer
