Can't print excel/word-documents directly from Teams. Preview window is blank.

When opening Word- or Excel-files through Teams desktop app* -> Print -> Preview Window, the preview window is just blank. Is this a problem for everyone or just our business?

Opening it and printing it through the web browser works without any issues.

*Through desktop app means Teams App -> opening it INSIDE the application and not "open in browser" or "open in word application".

    Unfortunately, I couldn't find an official statement about this, I've just found this issue occurred today with another user. So It's still a relatively fresh new issue in my opinion.

    Having said that, I do believe this issue needs to be investigated furthermore by the MS Team engineering team so they can determine the best next steps for this particular issue.

    I highly suggest you report this issue, If this is a bug normally they will release fixes but as a community advisor, I can't guarantee that for you since I don't work for Microsoft.

    Follow these steps: Select Help > select report a problem

    Option 1: Print preview via MS Office desktop app.

    • Select (...) next to the filename > select open > select open in app.
    • Then use preview from the MS Office desktop app.

    Option 2: Print preview via MS Office web app.

    • Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    • Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    • Then try to log in.
    • Print preview document files.
