I realize I should have asked in English. My question is:

How can I create both an Index and a List of Names in the same Word document, a book of ca 360 pages. I am familiar with the index function, but cannot find anything for a similar, parallel list. I have found the Citation List function that I can use if I don't find anything better.

I am unsure what you mean by a property register and a name table.

You can certairly create a Table in Word. Insert > Table. You can have different columns in that and can have columns for names and properties.

You may find Excel or Access more suitable to your needs. Access takes a great deal of learning, though, in my opinion.
