OneNote Apple Pencil Handwriting to Text

Hi!

I recently got an long awaited feature to use apple pencil and convert hand writing to text. The problem is I don't find where to activate this function? I think it was a adjustment in ipad but can't find anything in OneNote or Pencil?

Please note that, the Ink to Text option is only available on OneNote for Windows 10. Unfortunately, this feature is not available in OneNote iPad.
