I don't this your answer solves the problem.
I'll try to describe it better.
The right column shows a value of Swedish crowns (SEK) in a budget. The first number is (-10526).
So we spend more than we earn, hence the red colour.
Now I want to sum up all numbers in the right column and show the result in the bottom cell. I thought MS Excel could give me a hand.
There is a condition for the figures; anyone of these red figures, may change to black (=become positive) next year. The same is for the black numbers, they can turn red.
