Removing an activation attempt for windows

Question

I bought Microsoft Word from a website and when I went to activate it, I chose Windows 10 Home by mistake. What it did was to try to activate Windows 10 on my computer, but I already have it. Now I get a message in the lower-right corner about activating Windows. When I go to settings, system, activation, I see this message (see screenshot).

It's in Swedish, it says that Windows can't be activated because they can't connect to the organization's activating server. How do I remove this activation attempt? I'm running Windows 10 22H2.

Did you make this accidental purchase from a third party website?

Looks like you now have KMS license.

This type of license is for organization users only.

You can type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

slmgr /dlv

A pop up window will show you some details about your license. You can see if you mention volume license KMS somewhere.

You can type cmd in the search on the taskbar, and choose "run as administrator" to launch Command Prompt, then run this command:

 wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

If it returns a key, then you can clean install Windows Home edition to go back to be properly licensed.

I updated Windows and restarted and now the watermark is gone.
