Hur gör jag för att låsa upp mitt outlook-konto?

Trots att jag kan se mina mailadresser när jag är inloggad på mitt microsoft-konto så kan jag inte logga in i Outlook. Ootlook påstår att mitt mail-konto inte finns, dvs jag verkar ha låst det. Vad ska jag göra?
