I'm trying to log on to a newly upgraded computer

Question

Hi, I have an old computer that had benns standing without beeing used for a while. When I started it up it was upgraded and now it wants med to logon using a outlook.com-account that I have had atleast since 2015 but not really used for anything. Not the one I'm loged on with here.

When I try to reset the password and send the code to sms I only get back that that service can't be used at the momoent and trying to reset stuff in any other way requires me to remember old passwords. I don't and/or to writ down e-mailadressess I have sent mail to and the subjects of those e-mails, but I havent sent e-mails from that account.

And If you try to call Microsofr support you only get a useless bor thet talks fast, don't listen cand refuses to give more than one answer.

I have photos on that darn computer that I don't wish to lose.

What can I do? Is there any way to get help from an real person
