Gets the specified ConfigurationSectionGroup object.

The path name of the ConfigurationSectionGroup to return.
The ConfigurationSectionGroup specified, or null if the requested section group does not exist.
Use the GetSectionGroup method to obtain a specific ConfigurationSectionGroup from a Configuration object.
