Metoden MakeByRefType är ett sätt att generera ref typer (ByRef i Visual Basic) för parameterlistor.
Note
Om den aktuella TypeBuilder representerar MyType med hjälp av Microsoft msil-syntax (mellanliggande språk) skulle den typ som returneras av den här metoden vara MyType&.
