Remote sign in and sign out for Teams phones

This article describes how to remote sign in and sign out Teams phones from the Teams admin center.

This video shows how to sign into Teams devices.

Remote sign in

After a phone is provisioned and signed in for the first time, it will appear on its corresponding page under the Teams devices node of the Teams admin center.

To sign in a phone, go to the corresponding device page.

  1. Select the phone you want to sign in.

  2. Go to the Actions menu, and select Sign in a user.

Remote sign out

  1. Select the phone you want to sign out from the corresponding page.

  2. Go to the Actions menu, and select Sign out.
