Parameters

• pITI
  [in] Pointer to an ITypeInfo interface that provides the type information on which to open the scope.

• dwOpenFlags
  [in] The open mode flags.

• riid
  [in] The desired interface.

• ppIUnk
  [out] Pointer to a pointer to the returned interface.
