IObjectWithProgID::SetProgID method (shobjidl_core.h)

Sets the ProgID of an object.

Syntax

HRESULT SetProgID(
  [in] LPCWSTR pszProgID
);

Parameters

[in] pszProgID

Type: LPCWSTR

A pointer to a string that contains the new ProgID.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
