IInputObject2 interface (shobjidl_core.h)

Exposes a method that extends IInputObject by handling global accelerators.

IInputObject2::TranslateAcceleratorGlobal Handles global accelerators so that input objects can respond to the keyboard even when they are not active in the UI.
