When was the issue started to happen? Were there any changes made like an Update or in the Settings before the issue?
Please try to reset your Microsoft Store by following these steps:
- Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.
Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after approximately ten seconds, the window will close, and the Microsoft Store will open automatically.
After performing this reset, please check if the issue has been resolved.
