เข้าไฟล์ desktop ไม่ได้ + ไฟล์งานต่างๆที่อยู่หน้าจอหายทั้งหมด เหลือแค่ bin

สวัสดีค่ะ

  คือตอนนี้เรามีปัญหาว่า จอฟ้า พอรีคอมเปิดใหม่อีกรอบก็ขึ้นแจ้งเตือนว่า C:\Users\computer\Desktop is not accessible.  the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.  ป๊อกอัพ ข้อความนี้ขึ้นมา แล้วสรุปว่า หน้าจอข้อมูลไฟล์งานต่างๆอะไรหายหมด แต่ยังคงใช้งานได้ ทั่วไป ยกเว้น เข้า desktop ไม่ได้จะขึ้นแจ้งข้อความนี้ตลอด พอมีทางแก้ไขหรือไม่

แจ้ง ส่วนใช้งานได้เพิ่มเติม

1. ไดร์  C D E ใช้งานได้ปกติ เข้าได้ทุกอย่าง 
2. งานหน้าจอหายหมด โปรแกรมไอคอนทุกอย่างหายเรียบ เหลือแต่ Recycle Bin 

ลองเช็คด้วย cmd chkdsk /f c: ก็ขึ้นแบบนี้ รีสตาร์ทคอมแล้วก็เป็นเหมือนเดิม

Thank you for the screenshot, there is no errors in your registry, that would be causing this problem.

Click the Power Button on your Start Menu

Press the Shift Key and click Restart

Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Command Prompt

Then run this command and wait for it to complete:

chkdsk C: /f /r

Then restart your PC.

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.
