Delete the message. That is a scam email that's been around for at least 5 years. Even if you did anything it accused you of doing, they do not have access to your account or computer or a video.

In every case I've looked at, they faked the from address to convince you they accessed your account - but It was not sent from your account.

I usually recommend changing the password on your account if you haven't changed it in years - or if you reuse the password on other sites.
