As I previously mentioned, I have tried submitting the recovery form, but I keep receiving the following response with every request:
"We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account p*****@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, we have determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information."
Right now, my social media account has been hacked and used by someone else. It has been over a week that I’ve been trying to fix this and request a password reset. But what I got in return is that my Hotmail/Outlook account has been suspended, and until now, the issue has not been resolved.
You asking us to provide every piece of information exactly as requested in the form is extremely difficult. It means that if we cannot remember or do not have certain information, then we simply cannot recover our email at all.
