Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, please follow the steps below:
- If you are experiencing this issue with your OneDrive application, please try to reset your OneDrive: press the Windows key and R to open run dialog box
Copy this (%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset) and paste it into the dialog window, then press OK.
- Try to sign in to OneDrive on the web (https://onedrive.live.com/) and see if you can sign in successfully
- Check for Update and update your PC, go to Settings>Update & Security>Check for updates
- Unlink OneDrive, right click on the OneDrive icon in your notification area>Settings>Account>Unlink this PC
- Remove your OneDrive login credentials, go to Control panel>Credentials manager>Windows credentials>Check for your OneDrive credentials and remove
- If you are experiencing the issue with OneDrive on the web, please clear your browser cache and cookies, use private/incognito browser or you consider using a different browser
