Inserts an item into the IList at the specified index.

Parameters

index
Int32

The zero-based index at which value should be inserted.

value
Object

The Object to insert into the IList.

Implements

Exceptions

index is not a valid index in the IList.

value is of a type that is not assignable to the IList.

Remarks

If index equals the number of items in the IList, then value is appended to the end.

This method is an O(n) operation, where n is Count.
