Did you run setup.exe from the ISO file that you created using the Media Creation Tool?  It should have processed just like a Windows version upgrade, rebooting your computer and then finishing successfully.

But the apps in Start menu still do not look right?

You might need to download Windows 10 ISO file. You can then Mount that file in Windows. It will create a new drive letter. Run setup.exe to repair Windows 10. It will look like you are upgrading, but will just repair.

Run the Media Creation Tool to get the ISO file. It will be around 4 GB in size.
