Cmos checksum error , Warning system is in safe mode . KEYBOARD IN NOT ABLE TO USE, ANY OTHER WAY TO BIOS ?

dear friends firstly i WAN'ına say that i searched Moore then 3 hourss internet There is no solutuionn.

My pc  was attacked by More than 10 country more than 100 attackers at the Same time and this happened.

black screen no way out.  Erro message is 

CMOS CHECKSUM ERROR. DEFAULTS LOADED 

WARNING , Now system isin safe mode 

please resetting cpu frequency in the cmos setup

F1 to continue.   dell to  bios setUP

BUT KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING, I CHANGED KEYBOARD, USED OLD ONE (ps) connection, also a new one usb connection didnot work..  i changed bios battery , i put jumpers i removed all otherequipment besides than keyboard.  

nothing changed,, here is my question .  IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO GO BIOS WITHOUT USING KEYBOARD ?

    Replace the jumpers to their default setting

    Remove the CMOS Battery

    Disconnect form the mains electricity

    Press and hold the Power Button on your PC for 30 seconds

    Put the CMOS battery back into the PC and connect to the mains

    Start your PC and on the Dell logo screen, repeatedly press F2 or Fn + F2

    Does your system successfully boot into BIOS?
