" is not a valid integer value error

Hi, today I've been downloaded my headphone sets audio driver but i can't open it. When i open driver program it says "" is not a valid integer value" i turned my PC's language from Turkish to English but it can't be solved, i tried change value from Control Panel > Region > Additional Settings > Decimal symbol to " but i can't solve it.

    That installer is corrupt, you should not need to change language or any other settings on your PC,

    Undo those changes you have made to your PC, then try downloading that installer again, because it is corrupt . . .

    But when i ask this issue to my headphones manifacturer they said "the program doesn't have any problems, check your PC"

    Hello Çağrı

    Please try downloading that installer again, then move the installer to a different folder, then right click the installer and choose 'Run as Administrator'

    If that does not succeed, then there is definitely a problem with their installer . .
