System File Checker tool (SFC.exe)

Press WIN + R to open Run then type: cmd

Press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER to Run as Administrator At the

command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

sfc / scannow

Restart your computer 

Restore and repair system files

Press WIN + R to open Run then type: cmd

Press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER to Run as Administrator At the

command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:

dism.exe / online / cleanup-image / scanhealth

dism.exe / online / cleanup-image / restorehealth

Go to this folder and list it find cmd

C: \ WINDOWS \ system32

Please try to open cmd

Press WIN + R to open Run and then type:

cmd.exe / d
